is a Site Preparation Instructions for a
fairly large piece of Integrated
Circuit Test Equipment.
Sample 1 consists of a Site Preparation Guide and Checklist,
to check off the preparation process; Installation
instructions
on how to install the unit and check it out; Installation
Checklist
to check off the installation and checkout;
and an operator's User's Guide
to operate the system.
Sample2.pdf is the Field
Replaceable Unit Remove and
Replace procedures for the unit.
