Here are the dowsing charts.
First, some dowsing instructions for the pendulum:
Pendulum Instructions

Holding the Pendulum
Hold the pendulum chain like a grain of rice between your thumb and first finger. Hold about one to three inches of chain. Try not to hold the top. However, whatever length is comfortable for you is the right way. Place your elbow on a tabletop, and lower the "bob" to approximately 1 inch over the center of the chart.
Programming
With the pendulum "bob" over the center of the chart below, start swinging the pendulum over the "YES" direction and say out loud: "The following program is to be continually in effect until I choose to make changes: every time the pendulum swings in this direction it will indicate a "YES" answer." Stop swinging the pendulum. Now swing the pendulum over the "NO" direction. "Every time the pendulum swings in this direction it will indicate a "NO" answer.
Stop swinging the pendulum. Now swing the pendulum over the "READY" position. "Everytime the pendulum swings in this direction it will indicate 'READY TO ASK A QUESTION,' If it continues to swing in this direction it will indicate 'MAYBE.' End of program. Thank you."
You have now set up a code between your conscious and your subconscious. The subconscious is the gateway to all of your information using the pendulum. To check your programming, ask your name correctly and incorrectly. Repeat step 2 until you get accurate answers. it can take a few minutes or days. Once the program works, you never have to repeat it.
Asking Questions
Ask questions while the pendulum is swinging in the "READY POSITION." Ask yes or no questions. The swinging pendulum will slowly move to the answer position.
Ask permission (optional). Dowsers always ask, "May I? Can I? Should I?" and declare all answers will be for your highest good at the beginning of sessions. Always Dowse for "need" not "greed."
("May I" means: Do I have permission? "Can I" means: Do I have the ability to successfully use the pendulum for this domain of information? Should I means: Considering all aspects related to this situation would it be proper, appropriate, and suitable for me to learn information in this area?)
Do not assume questions can be answered by what you are thinking or meaning. The sub-conscious uses the opposite logic system (deductive) than our conscious mind (inductive).
The subconscious takes everything literally. Ask specific questions. No cliches.
Chart 1.
This is the Alphabet Chart. It can be used to spell out words.
Chart 2.
This is the Belief Chart. It can be used to determine the degree of belief about something, for you or someone you know.
100 - 0 Chart
Not all questions can be answered with a "Yes" or "No". Comparison and ratings can gain more specific information.
You can rate or compare almost any subject - foods to purchase or avoid, herbs, vitamins, brands of the same product, business choices, movies to see, and you can even rate relationships or people.
When making decisions you can rate them to see which has the most benefit for you. For example, if you ask the pendulum "Should I move to another city?" and the answer is "Yes", you would use this chart to rate the cities of your choice. If the chart indicated a 90 rating for Dallas, a 85 rating for Yew York, and a 20 rating for Chicago - two would be in your best interests. However Dallas would be better.
Ask permission. "May I?", "Can I?" and declare all answers to be for "your highest good" at the beginning of all sessions.

Yes/No Chart Instructions
This chart answers your questions giving a "Yes and "No" answer.
With elbow on the tabletop and the bob approximately 1" over the center of the chart, program your pendulum to this chart. Start swinging the pendulum over the "Yes" direction and say; "The following program is to be continually in effect until I choose to make changes: Every time the pendulum swings in this direction it will indicate a "Yes" answer."
Now, swinging the pendulum over the "No" direction and say: "Every time the pendulum swings in this direction it will indicate a "No" Answer."
Swing the pendulum over the "Ready" position and say; "Every time the pendulum swings in this direction it will indicate "Ready to ask a question." End of program. Thank you."
You have now set up a code between your conscious and your subconscious. Start swinging the pendulum over the "ready" position and ask your question.
Swinging between "Yes" and "No" indicates a maybe.
RQ = Rephrase the question. (chart 5.)
DWA = Don't want to answer. (Chart 6.)
Ask permission. "May I?", "Can I?" and declare all answers to be for "your highest good" at the beginning of all sessions.

The Health & Condition Chart
This chart is used to evaluate health conditions. It can also rate circumstances, situations, and influences.
If used for health status, ask that your pendulum response indicate the subject compared to the average person, in average health and in the subjects' specific age group.
Here is a partial list of general conditions:
Allergies |
Hormones |
Amino Acids |
Infections |
Aura |
Love |
Beliefs |
Meridians |
Chakras |

Noxious Energies |

Nutrition |

Ask for ratings on specific conditions. For example Organs: Liver, Heart, Colon, Pancreas, Stomach, Eyes, etc. Chakras: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th.
Ask permission. "May I?", "Can I?" and declare all answers to be for "your highest good" at the beginning of all sessions.
Chart 8.
The Relationship Chart
This chart allows you to access the harmony or compatibility of magnetic or auric fields.
Use this chart to evaluate all types of relationships: lovers, potential lovers, boss/worker, father, mother, son daughter, brother/sister, friends' countries or even businesses.
For individuals write down: Your name/Other name
If you are reading for others write: Name A/Name B
Use the outside ring on the chart to obtain a compatibility rating: 100 being the most compatible to 0 being non-compatible. Rate all four aspects of a romantic relationship (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.) Check for balance in the ratings (a high mental rating might not work with a low physical rating.) Use the 100 to 0 rating chart to evaluate any other aspects of a relationship.
Ask permission. "May I?", "Can I?" and declare all answers to be for "your highest good" at the beginning of all sessions.
Chart 9.
This chart is one that is practically an essential to dowsers, all over the world. The instructions are in the "Letter to Robin",
a mini-course in Pendulum Dowsing, by Walt Woods.
