On her final day at sea Regal Princess continued on her south-southeasterly course and by noon the ship's position was 42°20' North, 125°45' West, which was 60 nautical miles due west of Cape Sebastian, Oregon and by 6:00 P.M. our position was 25 miles off Cape Mendocino, Califomia, where we altered the ships course to a southeasterly heading. Throughout the day there had been a strong south-southeasterly wind blowing, the sea remained rough and the sky was overcast with heavy rain showers.
No Pictures. Fog. Spent the evening packing.
